DieMatrix Die Cost Estimating Software Application


DieMatrix is a powerful yet easy to use web based software application for estimating the cost of metal stamping dies and production stamped parts. DieMatrix is not another spreadsheet for ballparking die cost. It is a highly automated database application that accurately calculates labor, materials and subcontract services for all die processes from design to delivery.  The application is built on years of die estimating experience and user input. DieMatrix produces detailed die price estimates for anyone who plans, purchases, or produces dies and stampings.

DieMatrix is Fast – Our user interface is intuitive and easy to use. Dies can be priced using a variety of scenarios by simply recalculating the estimate.  Most die estimates can be completed in 15 to 30 minutes.

DieMatrix is Consistent - Standard rates are applied to every aspect of the die estimate. Create your own standards or use our global standards.  We also provide tool build labor standards for 26 countries.

DieMatrix is Accurate – Cost are based on current die build processes and totals can be calibrated to match actual cost.
